SALES PROCEDURE

We always strive on making timely delivery at most competitive price to attain optimum customer satisfaction.

After making an inquiry for any of our product:-

Emails, calls or faxes will be exchanged to specify details on quality, quantity, packing, delivery, payment terms, etc.

We send a formal Product offer or Quotation.

Buyer sends Letter Of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO).

We exchange visit(s) if necessary, and negotiate to finalize price and payment terms

We send you a Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with terms agreed by both parties.

We send Proforma Invoice of Buyer's Order.

Buyer confirms Order with payment Receipt or Swift Copy.

We Process , pack and load goods on board with our shipper.

We send shipping documents and 5-7 days.

Buyer receives shipping documents and make remaining payment within 3 working days.

Delivery period.

As for the delivery time, it is 14 – 21 days from Laem Chabang Port, Thailand.
